N28 + N29 Spitzer and Broad Friedel.

These two gems are forged from carbon steel and have a blade length of 20 cm.

The blade width of the Friedel width is 5 cm, the Friedel tip is 4.5 cm. Both blades have a 3-level non-stick etch developed by me, which works excellently (see videos) and gives the blade an elegant and exquisite touch.

The back of the blade is 2.5 mm thin.

The comfortable and ergonomic olive wood handle

has the glove size 10,

The blade spine is 2.5 mm thin.
